Introduction
DualSum Sudoku is a puzzle game made by Enlyzr. We do not collect, store or process your personal data. The game works offline, has no account, shows no advertisements, uses no analytics and no crash reporting, and has nothing to buy. This policy says what the game keeps on your device and in which ways that can leave it.
Information the game stores
The game keeps its data in its own storage on your device:
- Your progress: the puzzle you are playing, the boards you have solved, your statistics and your daily challenges.
- Your rewards: your XP and level, your coins, your achievements and your weekly missions. Coins are earned by playing; they cannot be bought.
- Your settings: the game's settings and preferences, and the theme you chose.
The game asks you for no name, no e-mail address and no other personal details.
Permissions and what leaves your device
The game has one Android permission: vibration, for the haptic feedback you can switch on or off in the settings. It has no internet permission, so it cannot send anything over a network.
- Android backup. The game allows Android's backup. If backup is turned on in your phone's settings, Android includes the game's progress and settings in the backup of your device to your Google account, and in a transfer to a new phone, so your progress moves with you. The backup is made and stored by Android and Google, not by us. You can turn it off in your phone's settings.
- Links. The privacy notice, which the game shows at first start and again from its settings, has links to this policy and to Google's privacy pages. Each opens in your browser, and only when you tap it.
Third-party services
The game uses no third-party services: no advertising, no analytics, no crash reporting and no payment service. The game is free. The libraries it is built with run on your device only.
Children's privacy
The game is suitable for ages 9 and up. We do not knowingly collect personal data from any user, children included.
Your rights and data deletion
We hold no data about you, so there is nothing for us to hand out, correct or delete. Your progress and settings are in the game's own storage on your device: clearing the app's storage in Android's settings, or uninstalling the game, deletes them. A copy in an Android backup is managed by Android; you can delete it from your backup settings.
If you have a question about your rights under the GDPR or another privacy law, write to us. We answer within 30 days.
Changes to this policy
If the game changes in a way that affects this policy, this page will be updated and its date changed.
